Services

Hin2Rod provides software development services including:

• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• Custom software solutions
• Technical consulting

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Providing necessary access and information

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom-developed software. Hin2Rod retains rights to general methodologies and knowledge.

Limitation of Liability

Hin2Rod's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and any disputes will be resolved in Spanish courts.
